Job Description
We are adding a Sales Manager, Western Area (Bay Area) for KAGA FEI America, Inc. (KFAI). You will be part of a Sales Team, responsible for promoting KFAI’s Products and Services.
Responsibilities
- Conducting face to face customer meetings daily/weekly to promote and generate opportunities, design wins and generate revenue
- Present product, roadmaps and demonstrations to individual engineers and engineering teams
- Collaborate with Engineering in providing standard products including recommending technical solutions
- Provide pricing and deliveries. Negotiate Pricing and inventory contracts
- Identify key decision makers within the customer
- Manage the sales process to include purchasing, procurement and forecasting
- Quarterly training with KFAI’s vendor partners
- Communicate effectively with the vendor partners, KFAI’s Marketing, Sales and Operations teams
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 yrs experience in the Semiconductor industry
- Preferred, but not required, BS Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
- Ability to communicate well and collaborate with individuals in a team based environment
- Local sales and customer knowledge
- Well organized and ability to program manage large customers
- Strong interpersonal and organizational leadership qualities
- The ability to work strategically, implement effectively, and deliver on commitments
- Travel within the specified territory and region
- A good understanding of the sales process and ability to negotiate
